Last year I did some searching and testing for replacement knee pucks / knee sliders. The results of that time left me with one answer/product: Klucky Pucks.

The Klucky pucks have a high quality Velcro back that in my 3 sets so far has yet to fail me in any way. The slider material is a hard semi-greasy almost consistency that provides solid feedback/drag from the track yet slides well, doesn't get caught up, and more importantly doesn't seem to over heat and melt like many others.

If my review or preference for them isn't enough, apparently RoadRacing World rates them #1 in their tests as well. Unfortunately I've only seen references to this test and not the actual article...

While so far I have been using the same sliders for wet and dry events; I would most likely recommend a softer puck for water on the track conditions. These might not give you enough feed back or drag in rainy / wet environments.

\"\"\r\nDuring out lovely visit to Deals Gap in North Carolina/Tennessee we managed to shoot about 15 hours worth of film. several dozen minutes of that film didn't completely suck :) We were plagued by rain, equipment issues and just plain old bad camera positioning and mountings.

\r\nAfter about 35 hours of video and sound editing and trampling through all that video, I've got a final product. This is by far one of my better videos, and is one of the better motorcycle videos I've seen in a while (yes I'm biased).

\r\nI have the video on YouTube and Google, and both have gotten well over 50k hits each, but the truth is for some reason the YouTube video quality sucks (really bad).

Last week I sold my beloved 2004 KTM 625 SMC to another board member on SuperMotoJunkie.com;\r\nthis is now the 3rd board member to own this bike as that's where I\r\nbought it as well...\r\nTo replace this bike I've purchased a brand new 2006 KTM 560 SMR. Out\r\nof the box this bike is not street, but I'm currently in the process of\r\ndoing the needed mods to make it so. I currently have zero time on this\r\nbike, but I can already confirm that this thing kicks some serious\r\nass...

Pictures after the jump

So my friends Kim and Seamus had some things going on tonight and they\r\nasked me to watch their 3 kids: Emma, Aodhan and Lillian. But what\r\nhappens when you drop off 3 kids at my house?Well beside playing Xbox\r\nand climbing on the indoor bouldering wall, they can run around in\r\nmotorcycle helmets of course :) Once they saw an entire shelf of these\r\nand asked to put them on, I could barely get them to take them back\r\noff...\r\n
