I own a new townhouse that is ruffly 1600sq feet, making use of that space is important and certain looks/styles make the place look bland or like an apartment.

One of the biggest offenders in my place was this blank wall under the stairs to the upstairs. I had this stupid little country shelf where crap just got thrown and the rest was blank.
\r\nMy solution was to build a built in shelf, one that would hold DVDs since we were lacking a good solution up until this point.
